BOLTS THAT SECURE HANDLEBARS TO THEIR HOLDERS CAN LOOSEN OR FRACTURE.

Consequence

HANDLE BARS COULD SEPARATE FROM THE HOLDER RESULTING INLOSS OF DRIVER CONTROL WITH POTENTIAL FOR AN ACCIDENT.

Remedy

REPLACE HOLDER ASSEMBLY WITH REVISED HOLDER DESIGN THAT USES TWO BOLTS.
