HARLEY DAVIDSON CAMPAIGN NO 648.POSSIBILITY THAT THE FRONT BRAKE SIDE PLATEFAILED UNDER HEAVY BRAKE LOAD.THE FAILURE WAS CAUSED BY ROTATION OF THE FRONTSIDE PLATE WHICH WAS CAUSED BY THE ANCHOR LEVER SLIPPING OFF THE HOLD PIN ONTHE RIGHT FORK LEG.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND REPLACING ANCHOR LEVER WHERENECESSARY.)
