Defect

Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2022-2025 AT Series, 2021-2025 AN Series Aerial Device, 2020-2026 TA Series Aerial Device, 2021 L Series Aerial Device, 2021 LR Series Aerial Device, 2023-2025 AM Series Aerial Device, and 2024-2025 AA Series Aerial Device vehicles. Consequence

Hydraulic functions that do not immediately stop when the ground level E-stop is pressed, increase the risk of injury.

Remedy

Altec will inspect the units and test to verify the E-stop function. If the wiring is found to be incorrect, it will be updated, free of charge. Owner notification letters are scheduled to be mailed July 10, 2026. Owners may contact Altec customer service at 1-877-462-5832. Altec's number for this recall is CSN-3322.

Defect

Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2025-2026 AM Series Aerial Device vehicles. The emergency stop switch located at the turntable is inoperative when the upper controls interlock is active and allows the upper and lower controls to remain powered when the emergency stop is depressed.

Consequence

An inoperative emergency stop switch increases the risk of injury.

Remedy

Altec will notify owners to inspect for the presence of an adapter harness. If installed, the owner will be instructed to notify Altec, and no further action is needed. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 26V071000 2026-02-06 57 affected
Defect

Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2021-2025 Digger Derrick and 2021-2025 AM Series Aerial Device vehicles. The chassis engine may start unintentionally due to a missing diode in the Altec power distribution module.

Consequence

An engine that starts unexpectedly increases the risk of injury to anyone near the engine compartment during maintenance operations.

Remedy

Altec will provide instructions to inspect the power distribution module for a diode, and provide a repair kit as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 27, 2026. STRUCTURE 25V650000 2025-09-25 268 affected
Defect

Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2021-2025 AA Series, 2024-2025 AM Series, and 2025 AN Series aerial devices. The outrigger pad holder may have been installed too close to the exhaust outlet.

Consequence

The exhaust may overheat the outrigger pad, increasing the risk of a fire.

Remedy

Altec will instruct owners to inspect the outrigger pad holder placement. A kit to relocate the outrigger pad holder or exhaust outlet will be provided as necessary, free of charge.
