POSSIBILITY THAT THE ACCELERATOR CONTROL ROD MAY BIND OR STICK IN AN OPEN POSITION WHEN THE ENGINE IS OPERATED UNDER HIGH TORQUE.(INSTAL IMPROVED ACCELERATOR LINKAGE TO PREVENT POSSIBLE STICKING.)
