NHTSA Recall 26V177000

Filed by Winnebago Industries, Inc.. Component: Exterior Lighting. Reported 2026-03-23. An estimated 1,446 vehicles are affected. Recall repairs are free at any authorized dealer.

Defect

Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2017 Brave, 2019 Itasca Sunova, 2019-2022 Adventurer, and 2022 Sunstar motorhomes. The front turn signals may have a smaller than required luminous lens area. As such these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) Number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

Risk

A small lens can make it difficult for other drivers to see the turn signal, increasing the risk of a crash.
