THE WRONG SAFETY BELT LATCH TONGUE PLATE WAS INSTALLED IN SOME SAFETY BELT ASSEMBLIES.
Consequence
THE SAFETY BELT WILL NOT LATCH CORRECTLY, CAUSING THERESTRAINT SYSTEM TO FAIL; THE OCCUPANT WILL BE EXPOSED TO INCREASED RISK OFINJURY IN A SUDDEN STOP OR CRASH IF FAILURE OCCURS.
Remedy
REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE SAFETY BELT ASSEMBLIES.
