Defect

Terex Advance (Terex) is recalling certain model year 2013-2015 Front Discharge Concrete Mixer Trucks manufactured August 20, 2012, to December 5, 2014. Consequence

If the front axle spring becomes partially disconnected from the front suspension hanger, steering difficulty may result, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy

Terex will notify owners, and dealers will inspect and correct the retaining nut installation, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began on May 15, 2015. Owners may contact Terex customer service at 1-800-433-6691.
