ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 25V279000 2025-04-29 594 affected
Defect

Temsa is recalling certain 2021-2025 TS30, TS35, and 2021-2026 TS45 buses equipped with a Mux5-B multiplex. The temporary bus stop valve may activate unintentionally and apply the brakes, causing them to overheat.

Consequence

Brakes that overheat can increase the risk of a fire.

Remedy

Temsa will inspect the multiplex, update the software, and repair the wiring harness as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 11, 2025. Owners may contact Temsa customer service at 1-833-628-3672.

FUEL SYSTEM, DIESEL 22V106000 2022-02-24 7 affected
Defect

Temsa (Temsa) is recalling certain 2020 TS45 motorcoaches equipped with certain Cummins X12 diesel engines. The fuel tubes between the fuel rail and the injectors for cylinders four, five, and six may fatigue and crack, which can result in a high pressure fuel leak.

Consequence

A high pressure fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

Remedy

On engines with 75 miles or less, dealers will install vibration isolators to the fuel tubes. Engines with more than 75 miles will receive new fuel tubes with vibration isolators, free of charge.
