Consequence

SEAT FAILURES CAUSE THE SAFETY BELTS TO NOT PROPERLYRESTRAIN OCCUPANTS IN A SUDDEN STOP OR ACCIDENT, INCREASING THE RISK OF INJURY.

CHANGE THE WELD PATTERN ON THE SEAT PEDESTALS.
