Defect

Par Nado Inc (Par Nado) is recalling certain 2019-2020 Alto F2114 and F1743 travel trailers equipped with certain Dometic PI8022 2-burner LPG cooktops. The aluminum burner tubes that connect to the gas valves may crack and cause a gas leak.

Consequence

A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

Remedy

Owners are advised to not operate cooktop and to turn off the gas supply at the propane tank. Dealers will install a support bracket on the supply line.
