“This complaint concerns the failure of the brakes on both the 2005 vespa 200gt and t he 2007 vespa 250 gts. The exhaust seal on both of these scooters/motorcycles disintegrated/incinerated which caused the hot exhaust to flow out onto the brake line. When this happened the brake line ruptured.…”
