The pedestal mounting plate may be improperly welded, causing the plate to separate and the seat assembly to loosen or detach. As such, these seat assemblies fail to comply with…

Consequence

A loose or detached seat assembly increases the risk of injury.

Remedy

Consequence

A propane leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

Remedy
