Defect
INCORRECT LP GAS HOSES WERE INSTALLED BETWEEN THE LPG TANK AND THE LPG PRESSURE REGULATORS. THESE HOSES ARE NOT APPROVED FOR USE AT THE PRESSURE AT WHICH THEY ARE OPERATING AND MAY RUPTURE.
Consequence
IF THE LPG HOSE RUPTURES, PROPANE WOULD BE EXPELLED OUTSIDE THE VEHICLE CREATING A HIGH POTENTIAL FOR A FIRE OR EXPLOSION WHICH COULD SERIOUSLY BURN OR KILL PERSONS IN CLOSE PROXIMITY.
Remedy
CORRECT HOSES WILL BE FURNISHED TO OWNERS FOR INSTALLATION BY DOLPHIN DEALERS, ANY QUALIFIED REPAIR SHOP, OR A LPG INSTALLER.
