What owners report

Verbatim reports filed with NHTSA, lightly edited for readability and with personal information removed.

“I purchased 4 goodyear eagle ls tires in sept (last year). After 2000 miles, I blew out the sidewall. When getting it repaired, the shop said 2 of the remaining tires showed bulges indicating possible future failure of the sidewall. They blamed it on potholes and would not replace them. *jb”
