“Idler shaft lever broke on a 1999 kawasaki klr 650 motorcycle leaving metal pieces in the engine. The motorcycle had approximately 5,953 miles on it at the time the defect was found. Idler shaft spring was intact but stretched and no longer applied tension to the idler shaft lever. *tr”
