Consequence

WHEN THIS OCCURS, ENGINE RUN-ON AND SUBSEQUENT LOSS OF OPERATOR CONTROL VIA THE NORMAL THROTTLE MECHANISM CAN OCCUR, WHICH COULD RESULT IN A VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
