“Received recall notice (#97v209000-ford), eger valve. Called dealer, was told first come, first serve. Would not give appointment. Would not look at it if brought following week. Wanted vehicle brought in to look at, but gave no time for returning it. Only transportation vehicle for work 10 months…”
