Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Lineage recreational vehicles. The adhesive securing the solar panels to the roof may fail, allowing the solar panel to detach.
Consequence
A detached solar panel can become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will install mechanical fasteners, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 11, 2026. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is M910059. This recall supersedes NHTSA recall 26V042.

Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Lineage recreational vehicles. The driver and passenger seat bases may have not been tightened properly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 207, “Seating Systems.�
Consequence
A loose base may allow the seat to move during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy
