“When I bought my new 2013 genuine stella in may of 2013 from a dealership in wrentham, massachusetts for the price of $3764, unknown to me at the time it was sold with a broken fuse, which prevented the tail light from working properly. This caused the scooter to fail its initial state inspection.…”
