ON CERTAIN UTILITY TRAILERS EQUIPPED WITH RFD WHEELS, THERE IS A DEFECTIVE WELD OF THE WHEELS CENTER HUB TO THE WHEEL RIM.
THIS COULD RESULT IN A WHEEL SEPARATION INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH.
