Defect

FOREST RIVER IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2010-2011 WORK AND PLAY TRAVEL AND FIFTH WHEELS TRAILERS MANUFACTURED FROM FEBRUARY 26, 2009 THROUGH JUNE 14, 2010. THE EGRESS WINDOW MAY STICK OR REQUIRE MORE THAN 20 POUNDS OF PRESSURE TO OPEN.

Consequence

IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY, AN EGRESS WINDOW MAY BE DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND MAY DELAY OR PREVENT AN OCCUPANT'S EGRESS, INCREASING THE RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY.

Remedy

DEALERS WILL MAKE THE NECESSARY REPAIRS FREE OF CHARGE. THE SAFETY RECALL BEGAN ON JULY 19, 2010. OWNERS MAY CONTACT WORK AND PLAY CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 1-574-533-8460.
