Defect

Duruxx LLC (Duruxx) is recalling certain 2015-2016 DRX2 Low-Speed vehicles. The affected vehicles can exceed the 40 km/h speed allowed under the "Low Speed Vehicle" classification. Consequence

If the vehicles can exceed the allowed speed, it can increase the risk of a crash.

Remedy

Duruxx will notify owners, and dealers will adjust the throttle body to limit the maximum speed, free of charge. The recall began on September 7, 2017.
