THE FRONT DRIVER AND PASSENGER SEAT BACK HEIGHT DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS NO. 202, "HEAD RESTRAINTS."

Consequence

CONSEQUENCE OF NON-COMPLIANCE: SEAT OCCUPANTS ARE SUBJECT TO INCREASED RISK OF INJURY IN THE EVENT OF A SUDD STOP OR ACCIDENT.

Remedy

SHERRY DESIGNS WILL PROVIDE AN ATTACHABLE HEADREST FOR THE DEALER OR CUSTOMER TO ADD TO THE SEATS.

“Speed sensor part had broken twice. Bolt attaching the piece to transmission would severly crack across it instead of up & down. Distance speed sensor (speedometer/odometer) part was 5602.7014. Have taken to dealer 3 times & the part was replaced 3 times. *ak the bolt cracked across its diameter…”

“Wiring under steering column overheat, causing smoking and melting of plastic collar, when blower motor is operated on high for over a few minutes. Very similar as '94 truck recall #00v135000. Reported to dealer and was told wire heating was normal.”
