“Wiring under steering column overheat, causing smoking and melting of plastic collar, when blower motor is operated on high for over a few minutes. Very similar as '94 truck recall #00v135000. Reported to dealer and was told wire heating was normal.”
“While driving owner smelled a burning odor. When van was checked for the problem, the ignition swtich / fusible link and connectors were found burned. They were replaced at owner's expense. *ml”
