Consequence
Incorrect information on the Federal Placard may lead to the operator overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a tire blowout and the possibility of a crash.
Remedy
Forest River will notify owners and will send them a corrected Federal Placard, free of charge. The recall began on April 25, 2016. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-541-995-3447 extension 4013. Forest River's recall number for this campaign is 64-03112016-0147.
