WHEN THE RETRACTOR LOCKS UP WITH THE BELT IN THE STOWEDPOSITION , THE DRIVER IS UNABLE TO USE THE SAFETY BELTS, RESULTING IN INCREASEDRISK OF INJURY IN A SUDDEN STOP OR ACCIDENT.
