Defect

Aluminum Trailer Company (ATC) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Toy Hauler 5th wheel trailers. The LED backlight circuit board in the cooktop range may fail, causing the board to overheat.

Consequence

A circuit board that overheats increases the risk of a fire.

Remedy

Dealers will cut the circuit powering the LED backlights and terminate the wiring, or remove the LED backlights, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 14, 2024. Owners may contact ATC customer service at 1-877-441-2440, ext. 3422.

Defect

Aluminum Trailer Company (ATC) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Toyhauler and Quest trailers equipped with certain SDS2 2-Burner Drop-in Cooktops. The internal aluminum burner tubes that connect to the gas valves may fracture and cause a gas leak.

Consequence

A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

Remedy

Dealers will install a regulator support bracket, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 17, 2023. Owners may contact ATC customer service at 1-877-441-2440 ext. 342. ATC's number for this recall is 23E-002.
