Defect

AN INCORRECT PINCH BOLT WAS USED IN THE STEERING GEAR PITMAN ARM THAT DOES NOT ALLOW PROPER CLAMPING FORCE ON THE ARM SPLINE.

Risk

PITMAN ARM SPLINES COULD WEAR AND AFFECT STEERING WHICH COULD RESULT IN A VEHICLE ACCIDENT.

INSTALL THE CORRECT PINCH BOLT.
