TRAILER.POSSIBILITY THAT THE PINTLE HOOK MOUNTING BOLTS ATTACHING THE PINTLEHOOK TO THE REAR CROSSMEMBER OF THE BOGIE BEAMS MAY NOT HAVE BEEN TORQUED TOREQUIRE 200 FT.LBS.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND TORQUING TO REQUIRED FOOTPOUNDS).
