CAMPAIGN NO H3E.POSSIBILITY THAT OUTBOARD SEATING POSITIONS HAVE INCORRECTSEAT BELT ASSEMBLIES.ASSEMBLIES MAY HAVE EXCESSIVE LENGTH OF BELT ON BUCKLEPORTION, AND RETRACTOR MAY NOT LOCK WHEN SEAT BELT IS FASTENED AROUND SOMEONEOF SMALL SIZE.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND INSTALLING ASSEMBLIES OF CORRECTLENGTH.)
