POSSIBILITY THAT BOLT HOLDING REEL TO CENTER DOOR PILLAR MAY HAVE BEENOVERTIGHTENED CAUSING DISTORTION OF REEL ASSEMBLY.REEL COULD MAL- FUNCTIONCAUSING SHOULDER BELT NOT TO RESTRAIN.(CORRECT BY REPLACING WHERE NECESSARY.)
