POSSIBILITY THAT GOODYEAR 6.50 X 13 POWER CUSHION BLACK SIDE WALL TIRES MAYFAIL UNDER SEVERE USE BECAUSE FABRIC DOES NOT MEET SPECIFICATIONS.(CORRECT BYREPLACING WITH NEW IM- PROVED TIRE.)
