UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES THE FOUR BARREL CARBURETOR SECONDARY THROTTLE PLATES MAY STICK IN AN OPEN POSITION WHEN THE ENGINE IS NOT FULLY WARMED UP.(REPLACE LINKAGE PART INVOLVED).
