NHTSA Recall 15V401000
Filed by Cruiser RV. Component: Suspension. Reported 2015-06-24. An estimated 13 vehicles are affected. Recall repairs are free at any authorized dealer.
Defect
Cruiser RV (Cruiser) is recalling certain model year 2016 Stryker travel trailers manufactured March 23, 2015, to April 20, 2015. In the affected trailers, the studs that are used to attach the wheels to the axle hubs may break.
Risk
If the wheel studs break, the wheel could detach from the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
What the manufacturer will do
Cruiser will notify owners, and dealers will replace any affected wheel hub, free of charge. The recall began on July 14, 2015. Owners may contact Cruiser customer service at 1-866-277-5630. Cruiser's number for this recall is 11043R & 11044R.
